Shipping & Returns
For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 'No Quibble' 14 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
If you return an item for exchange, you will have cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge.
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.

If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Due to Health and Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept underwear garments unless they are faulty.
The above does not affect your statutory rights
We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of it being confirmed. In the rare case of an item being out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock, picking a suitable replacement or we will gladly refund you.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
For countries within Europe, you can expect to receive your items withing 5-10 days, and countries further afeild (e.g. china, australia, etc.) it could take up to 2 weeks, althrough it is very rare that this will happen.
